VIAA joins Pacific Northwest Aerospace Association’s 14th Annual Aerospace Conference – Lynwood, Washington, February 10-12 2015

VIAA had the opportunity to network with some of the biggest names in Aerospace!  In addition to many of the industry’s leading speakers including representatives from Airbus, Boeing, Embraer, Spirit AeroSystems, STELIA Aerospace, and executives from around the world joined us to meet and network. Vancouver Island students get green light, securing Boeing Seattle internships.

“Vancouver Island’s aerospace industry is about to get a shot in the arm as Boeing has agreed to provide paid internships for Island university students starting next summer. According to the agreement signed with the University of Victoria, Royal Roads University and Vancouver Island University, one student from each school will be hired by the aerospace giant, starting in the summer of 2014.” – Victoria Times Colonist, Full article here
